Das Gebäude der Meusebach-Grundschule wurde 1985 im Ortszentrum von Geltow errichtet. Die Schule befindet sich nach dem Umbau in den letzten 2 Jahren in einem guten Zustand. Die Sanitäranlagen sind komplett erneuert, der Flur ist neu gestrichen worden. Jede Klasse hat einen großen Klassenraum. Es gibt weiterhin einen kombinierten Raum für Biologie, Physik und Computerarbeit. Diese Kombination ist noch nicht zufriedenstellend, da nur jeweils 10 Kinder allein je einen Computerarbeitsplatz nutzen können. Für die nächsten Jahre ist die Anschaffung von Laptops geplant. Weitere Fachräume gibt es für WAT und (schon benannt) Musik, sowie eine Bibliothek. Die Lehrer verfügen über ein ausreichend großes Lehrerzimmer. Einige Räume werden mit dem Hort gemeinsam genutzt. Das betrifft beispielsweise den Speiseraum, die Teeküche und Flurbereiche. Zur Schule gehört eine Turnhalle, die gleichzeitig vom Kinderheim in Geltow, der Kita und dem Sportverein genutzt wird. Die Belange der Schule haben Priorität. Das Sekretariat und das Zimmer der Schulleitung befinden sich nach den Umbauarbeiten im obersten Stockwerk der Schule (brandschutztechnische Gründe), was gut konditionierte Besucher erfordert. Alle Schüler aus Geltow und Wildpark West gehören zum Einzugsgebiet der Meusebach-Grundschule und immer mehr Schüler nehmen „ihre“ Grundschule auch als solche an. Die Schule liegt mitten im Ort und ist für alle Kinder gut zu erreichen. Über die B1 gibt es einen Fußweg mit Ampel. Für die Kinder aus Wildpark West gibt es eine Busverbindung.
